Roocan Strip 154

I made this strip for two occasions: Halloween and TonyBearComic's birthday. The latter's coming up soon, so I thought I'd include a couple of characters from his Tony Comics series as a gift for him. I'm sorry if this looks rushed in any way, and I admit I wish I could've come up with a better gag which would still somehow incorporate these characters.
